Cancellation Policy
Pure Wax & Beauty Booking Policy At Pure Wax & Beauty, we understand that life happens, and sometimes schedules change. As a small business, I strive to provide the best possible service to every client while managing a busy schedule. To ensure a smooth experience for all, the following cancellation, no-show, and rescheduling policies are in place: Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Free Cancellation Window: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will not incur a fee, and your deposit will be fully refunded. Paid Cancellation Window (48-12 Hours): Cancellations made between 48 and 12 hours before your session will forfeit the 50% deposit, which will serve as the cancellation fee. No additional charges will apply. Later Paid Cancellation Window (Less Than 12 Hours) & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your session or failure to show up for your appointment (no-shows) will result in the remaining balance (50%) being charged, totaling 100% of the service price for all services booked. No-Call, No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any communication, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be able to accept you as a client. Rescheduling Policy: Each booking is allowed one reschedule only, provided that the reschedule request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Once a rescheduled appointment is set, further reschedules are not allowed. If you cannot attend the rescheduled appointment, it will be considered a cancellation and subject to the applicable fees. I do my best to accommodate everyone, but missed appointments and last-minute changes greatly impact my ability to serve other clients. Your understanding and cooperation help me continue to provide exceptional services and maintain my small business. If a cancellation or no-show fee is incurred, it must be paid before rebooking.
