How long do I have to use my three sessions?
You have 6 months from the purchase date. Book each wax whenever you like within that window.
Do I need to schedule all three appointments right away?
No. Reserve sessions one-by-one through our online calendar or at checkout after each visit.
Is the Wax Pass transferable?
It’s tied to one client profile, so the three sessions must be used by you only.
Does the Wax Pass include the free exfoliating glove?
Yes—you’ll receive a fresh glove after each of your three sessions.
What happens if I don’t use all three within 6 months?
Unused sessions expire, so set reminders. We’ll email you 60 and 30 days before expiration.
Can I get a refund?
If no session has been used, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After the first session is redeemed, the pass is non-refundable.
