Unused sessions expire, so set a reminder. We’ll also email you at 6 and 3 months out to keep you on track.

The 6-Pack is non-refundable once any session is used. If you haven’t redeemed a visit yet, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. So if you already used 1 session, you cannot request a refund for the remaining ones.
